Group fitness comes to City Summit
ClimbFIT is a group training class for climbers who want to take themselves to the next level or for those who are looking to increase their current strength or fitness level. The focus of the session varies from session to session, but it tends to revolve around upper body strength, explosive power, core flexibility and stability, and cardiovascular endurance. ClimbFit IS an intense workout, however, options are given for each exercise to suit your abilities.
Classes are run by experienced rock climbers who hold an array of teaching knowledge surrounding climbing, strength, exercise and conditioning.
Monday Nights 7pm to 8.30pm

Class will run 15 minutes of warmup, followed by a 10-15 minute introduction to the focus of the session and explanation of the exercises. The main session of exercise lasts for approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by core training and stretches. No bookings required and no fitness level required, just bring climbing shoes (available for rent), sneakers, and a towel and we’ll provide the workout.
$10 for City Summit members or $15 for casual entry
