Our trainers are well versed in the language of climbing and can breakdown any concept to take your understanding to a whole new level.
We at City Summit have spent years teaching climbers and through this we have developed our “Skills Checklist”. The Skills Checklist is a culmination of all the physical, technical, and mental aspects of climbing. When you start your training we will see which of these skills you have developed and identify any weaknesses you may have, and together we can build a plan and program for your development as a climber.
Like any skill, practice is necessary for development; weekly sessions may be enough for the mental development of climbing, but for adequate physical development, its recommended that clients train physically at least once more per week. This could be through an additional PT session, or we can write up a training program for you, you can train casually on your own, or try our ClimbFit class for an intense training session proven to benefit your climbing.
$70 per hour casual session
$55 per hour for pre-paid members (includes Direct Debit members)
$45 per hour each for groups of 2 or more
It is recommended that sessions are bought in bulk so there is a strong commitment from both parties and appropriate training periodization can be put in place.
