Thank you for booking your party at City Summit! We will make sure you all have lots of fun but there are a few things we need from your first.
Make sure you have confirmed your requested date and time with us for your party. Bookings are confirmed with receipt of a $50 deposit (deducted from your total bill on the day). Payment can be made over the phone or at the centre if you prefer to drop in.
Your climbers will be supplied with more than enough pizza however you may like to order additional pizzas for your guests (parents and helpers) on the day or an additional fruit platter. View the brochure for all the details and be sure to let us know your requests in advance.
Send your invitations & waiver form. You are welcome to use one of our invitations by clicking on the images below or the links. These are editable online and/or printable. Please also make sure each participant has completed an Waiver Form completed prior to arrival. This can be done online via the link and needs to be done by a parent/guardian for anyone under 18 years. Online Waiver Form

You are welcome to supply a cake and lolly bags for your party but please no BYO food. Any questions please discuss with our staff prior to arrival.
**Please note that climbers under the age of 12 years are not permitted to use the bouldering area (un-roped climbing above red crash-mats) nor to belay (rope operation for climbers on roped walls). There is still plenty for them to climb; City Summit is the largest climbing gym in WA with 10 meter high walls with 40 different top rope stations for all climbers to enjoy.
If your climbers are made up of under 12 year olds they will need to have someone 12 years or older to belay for them, this can be fellow climbers, friends or family. We recommend a ratio of at least 1:3 belayers to climbers, and because we do not provide belayers please be sure to have plenty of volunteers to assist your climbers.
